Publisher Description
How has your wrist temperature changed over the past nights? Wrist Temperature Tracker shows your Apple Watch readings as history, comparisons and widgets. For people with a compatible Watch who want a clearer view of their overnight data in Apple Health. The app does not take measurements and is not an on-demand thermometer.
Try the iPhone app for six days after installation. Continued access then requires a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time purchase. You can restore an existing purchase.
Before you start
- You need an Apple Watch that supports wrist temperature sensing.
- Wear it while sleeping. Track Sleep with Apple Watch and Sleep Focus need to be active for at least 4 hours per night.
- After setup or pairing, establishing a baseline usually takes about 5 nights.
- Allow the app to read wrist temperature from Health. If Health has no samples, the app cannot show any values.
Features
- Optional import of recorded cycle starts from Apple Health, with separate read permission. Recorded starts and temperature-based estimates are clearly distinguished. Reproductive data stays on your device; the app does not write cycle entries to Health.
- Recorded night readings plus weekly, monthly, and yearly trends
- Heat maps that show changes from your usual pattern
- Cycle comparisons and temperature context for spotting recurring patterns
- Widgets and complications for quick access to recent data
- Get notified when a new reading arrives: all readings, or only values below or above your absolute temperature thresholds. No on-demand measurement or guaranteed daily notification.
- A diagnostics area for Health data, notifications, and purchases
Cycle insights help you recognize personal patterns. They are not intended for contraception and do not replace a medical thermometer or diagnosis.
